How do I edit team assessment details, add/remove Team Members or Stakeholders and update launch options?
After a team assessment has been launched, it is sometimes necessary to update assessment details such as start or end date, Facilitation information, and launch options. Often, the assessment was published previously and only assessment emails were sent to Stakeholders, and now it's time to send Team Members their assessment emails. To do that, you will need to edit the team assessment.
To get to the Edit Assessment page, begin with the Teams Dashboard and click on the avatar or name of the team whose assessment you need to edit.
You will be taken to the Team's Assessment Dashboard where you need to hover over the correct assessment icon and click the blue pencil button.
Once you are on the Assessment Details page for that assessment, you can edit details, share assessment results, send Team Members and Stakeholders their assessment emails, and more.
Edit Team Member Information
In the Team Member section of the Edit Assessment page, you can add Team Members to the assessment, which will also add them to the team. If your company has the Quick Launch feature enabled, you can send a link to anyone you wish to add themself as a team member. If the assessment was published previously and only assessment emails were sent to Stakeholders, you can click on the Send to All button to send assessment emails to all Team Members.
You can also see who has completed the assessment and export a list of Team Members to Excel. In each Team Member's row, for those that have not yet taken the assessment, you can click the envelope icon to resend their assessment link, click the link icon to get a direct link to their assessment or delete the Team Member from this assessment.
To update the Role and/or Participant Groups/Tags for a Team Member who has completed the assessment click on the Tags cell in the Team Member's row and select the correct tags. These changes will only be reflected on this assessment, and not on any prior or future assessments.
To update the preferred language, Role, and/or Participant Group/Tags of a Team Member who has not completed the assessment, edit that Team Member directly on the Team Edit page.
Edit Stakeholder Information
In the Stakeholder section of the Edit Assessment page, you can Add Stakeholders to the assessment, which will also add them to the team. Click on the Send to All button to send assessment emails to all Stakeholders.

To update the preferred language or Role of a Stakeholder who has not completed the assessment, edit that Stakeholder directly on the Team Edit page.
