Quick Launch: Team
The Quick Launch: Team feature can be used to create a team with only the team name and work type and will also generate a link to send to team members who can then add themselves to the team.
This feature is not available to create teams with the Group of Individuals work type, used for Talent Development assessments.
If you're interested in creating a team with more details such as team tags and want to add team members and stakeholders yourself, use the Add a Team button on the Teams Dashboard and refer to this article.
Quick Launch: Team
When this feature is enabled for your company, users with the permissions to create teams can use the quick launch feature to create a team. This feature is located on the Teams Dashboard, simply hover over Quick Launch to see the options and select Team.
In the Quick Team Creation modal, enter a unique team name and select the team's work type. Learn more about work types and their implications here.
Click the Generate Team Link button to create the team.
Once the team has been created, a link will appear that can be copied and sent to any person you wish. People visiting the link will fill out a short form to add themselves as a team member to the team. Click the paper icon to copy the link.
After the link has been copied, click Done to close the modal.
Find Team Member Link
If at any time you wish to find the link to share again, you can find the link by editing the team and visiting the team members tab. This link is available for all teams, even if they were not created using the Quick Launch feature.
Team Member Form
Here is an example of the form that will be filled out by the person the link is sent to. The team member will not be granted access to AgilityHealth after filling out this form. Team members do not usually receive access until they have completed an assessment.
If the team member's email already exists on the team, the team member will receive that notification message upon trying to submit the form. Duplicate team members will not be created on the team.
