Agility, Maturity, and Performance Over Time Widgets
The Agility, Maturity, and Performance Over Time widgets depict how these metrics have increased or decreased over some time for the radar type selected in the Radar dropdown and the team level selected in the left navigation.
Items to note:
- Only data from completed assessments will be loaded. A completed assessment means the end/close date of the assessment has passed and responses have been submitted.
- Data from talent development assessments is omitted. Like our other Insights dashboards, this dashboard is focused on team-based assessments.
- Not all radar types have performance metric questions so data will not show in Performance widgets for radar types without performance metric questions.
If the company level is selected in the left navigation, no grey Benchmark line will be shown because the company level scores are the benchmark. For all other levels selected in the left navigation, the grey Benchmark line will be visible, unless the selected team's scores are equal to the Benchmark.
You can hover over a data point on any of the lines to see the team's score and the benchmark score.
Agility Over Time Widget
This widget displays the average of all competency scores of the most recent assessment for an individual team.
- For a multi- or enterprise-level team, the individual team scores rolling up to the multi- or enterprise team are averaged.
- The score for each quarter is comprised of the most recent assessment for each team ending on or before the last day of each quarter.
- If no new assessment was completed, the score carries to the next quarter.
Overall Growth %, Growth % or Decline %:
- Growth % and Decline % are displayed separately using the Growth Journey dropdown at the top of the widgets. Overall Growth % is the combination of the Growth % and Decline % and the number of teams is the total number of teams that roll up to the level selected in the left navigation.
- Growth % and Decline % are calculated as the difference between the first and last assessment (in the selected time period) for each team and rolled up as an average of team growth or decline at a multi-team/enterprise/n-tier/company level.
- If there are not two assessments in the selected period to compare, we will go back before the selected time period to find the most recent completed assessment to use.
- Growth % is only calculated as an average of growth for teams having positive growth and Decline % is calculated as the average of growth for teams having negative growth.
Maturity Over Time Widget
