Team, Organizational, and Enterprise Growth Items Widgets
The Growth Items widgets display for you the number of growth items grouped and filtered by the criteria of your choice using the Group and Filter options. Growth Items are broken into the categories they are tied to - Team, Organizational, or Enterprise.
Growth Items displayed are those tied to the selected team level in the left navigation and the From date filter, as well as the radar type selected in the Radar dropdown.
Items to note:
- Organizational Growth Items that have been 'pulled' from teams into the growth plan of a multi-team and Enterprise Growth Items that have been 'pulled' from multi-teams into the growth plan of an enterprise team are currently excluded from these widgets. This will be changed soon so that all your company's growth items are represented.
- On this dashboard, the widgets only look at growth items created or updated since the beginning of the date you have in the “From” filter at the top of the dashboard. This means older growth items that have not been updated will not be reflected in the widgets.
- The Team, Organizational, and Enterprise Growth Item widgets use different criteria on this dashboard than they do on the Team Agility dashboard, therefore, the data will not match.
- Data from talent development assessments and their growth items are omitted. Like our other Insights dashboards, this dashboard is focused on team-based assessments.
- The number in the lower right corner of each widget representing the number of growth items that are Team, Organizational, and Enterprise may not match the number of growth items seen on other dashboards in the platform. This can be due to items selected on this dashboard such as the radar type or if the growth item was created or updated during the time frame in the From and To date filters. Other reasons include:
- Growth Items can have multiple competencies tied to them, which will populate them in more than one Dimension and increase the count of growth items for each dimension they are tied to.
- Growth Items can be shared by multiple teams, which will increase the growth item count for each team they are tied to.
- Growth Items in the "On Hold" status are not reflected in the widgets.
Use the Group buttons to change the data in the widgets to organize the growth items by Dimension, Age, or Status.
Use the Filter dropdowns to limit the data in the widgets to a Dimension or Growth Item Type. Multiple options can be selected.
.
- For the data in the widgets to reflect the Dimension(s) selected in the Filter by Dimension dropdown, you must choose a Dimesion in the Group by options first.
- In both the Dimension and Type dropdowns, if you see N/A as an option, that means there are Growth Items that are not tied to a specific Dimension or Type and to see those, you can select N/A in the dropdowns.
