Teams Dashboard: Search by External Identifier
Teams in AgilityHealth often have an External Identifier that correlates to the same team in another system maintained by your company. In order to enhance the search capabilities on the Teams Dashboard, you can now use the Search field to search by External ID. You can still search by team name, work type, or team tags as well.
The External Identifier can be added to a team when creating or editing the team in AgilityHealth as part of the Team Profile.
