We’ve combined your data and AI-driven insights to create the first of many AI enhancements to our platform. Our latest feature, AI Summarization, helps summarize textual comments for the open-ended questions at the end of team assessments to display them at the multi-team and enterprise team levels.

GenAI leverages the ChatGPT alias OpenAI LLM (Large Language Model) model to find insights within your company’s data within AgilityHealth. AI Summarization will ease the stress of trying to understand responses from each team individually by providing a summary on multi-team and enterprise team radars of the open-ended questions at the end of team assessments for Strengths, Growth Opportunities/Improvements, and Impediments.

When viewing the radar results page for a multi-team or enterprise team, click the AI Summarization button on the right side of the screen.

The AI Summarization modal will open. You will see different prompts in the blue boxes on the screen and will simply click one of those to begin.

When a user in your company clicks a prompt, the AI engine analyzes the items. The data returned to you will be related only to the sub-teams of the multi-team or enterprise team. In the example below, the numbered items are common response themes to the growth opportunity question at the end of the sub-team assessments. Themes are shown in order of the frequency in which they appear amongst teams - the most common themes are shown first.

The results shown will remain for 24 hours or until another user in your company clicks the Regenerate button, whichever comes first. You can see which user last generated results and when they were generated next to the button. When results are regenerated, the AI modal is analyzing and learning more each time so the responses will vary each time they are generated.

Click Back to Prompts to return to the first screen of the modal listing each prompt. Click the Copy link to copy the text from this prompt so that you may paste it into a document of your own. 

To summarize the responses by team, click the Summarize by Team checkbox before clicking on a prompt. 

After clicking on a prompt, you'll see the responses grouped by team. Use the carets to expand or collapse a team's responses. If responses are shared across multiple teams, you'll see all the team names that share the responses grouped at the bottom of the list of teams.
