Pulse Checks
An update has been made to Pulse Checks. If a team member is added to a team with an open Pulse Check, when you edit the Pulse Check, you will see the team member listed with their team. You can now click the link icon in their row and send them the copied link for their assessment. You no longer need to save the Pulse Check to send them an email - which will send emails to any other new team members added to any team included in the Pulse Check. Using the link allows you to send the Pulse Check to only the new member, without sending emails to all new members who may not need to be included in this Pulse Check at this time.
Once the team member has completed the assessment via the link sent, a message will show beneath their name in the Pulse Check.

Unified Calculations - Coming May 29, 2024!
To ensure our customers can make data-driven decisions using our platform, we’ve built a unified backend calculation engine that our entire platform now leverages for key metrics such as the Agility Index, maturity, performance, growth over time, and benchmarking.
Previously, metrics like competency scores, sub-dimension scores, and dimension scores that were shown on radar results pages and growth journeys were calculated differently in comparison to metrics on dashboards. Now, the methodology used everywhere is the same.
This new calculation engine improves our APIs, growth journeys, radar results pages, dashboards, benchmarking, and reports.

High Variance Treatment - Available Soon!
When an assessment is taken by multiple team members, the presence of a few outliers could impact the overall Agility Index Score of the assessment, which can impact the team’s current state (Pre-Crawl, Crawl, Walk, Run, Fly). In some instances, customers have raised concerns about team assessment results showing the team is in a Run/Fly state while believing the team is actually in a Walk state.
To combat this situation, we created a feature called High Variance Treatment that is applied to maturity competencies in the TeamHealth Radar where assessment responses exhibit high variance and a few outliers. This feature adjusts the Agility Index Score and dimension scores using statistical outlier treatments algorithmically as per industry standards. The adjusted score will be automatically reflected across the platform, including APIs, growth journeys, radar results pages, dashboards, benchmarking, and reports.
