How can we help you?

Info: AgilityHealth releases enhancements, new features, and bug fixes every Wednesday at 5 PM CT. Any items our customers should be aware of are usually posted on Thursdays. Not all weeks will have customer-facing items; no release notes will be posted.

Unified Calculations

To ensure our customers can make data-driven decisions using our platform, we built a unified backend calculation engine that our entire platform now leverages for key metrics such as the Agility Index, maturity, performance, growth over time, and benchmarking.

Previously, metrics like competency scores, sub-dimension scores, and dimension scores that were shown on radar results pages and growth journeys were calculated differently in comparison to metrics on dashboards. Now, the methodology used everywhere is the same.

This new calculation engine improves our APIs, growth journeys, radar results pages, dashboards, benchmarking, and reports.

High Variance Treatment

Info: Now that the Unified Calculations Engine has been released, the High Variance Treatment is available. Please coordinate with your Customer Success Manager if you wish to turn this feature on.

When an assessment is taken by multiple team members, the presence of a few outliers could impact the overall Agility Index Score of the assessment, which can impact the team’s current state (Pre-Crawl, Crawl, Walk, Run, Fly). In some instances, customers have raised concerns about team assessment results showing the team is in a Run/Fly state while believing the team is actually in a Walk state.

To combat this situation, we created a feature called High Variance Treatment that is applied to maturity competencies in the TeamHealth Radar where assessment responses exhibit high variance and a few outliers. This feature adjusts the Agility Index Score and dimension scores using statistical outlier treatments algorithmically as per industry standards. The adjusted score will be automatically reflected across the platform, including APIs, growth journeys, radar results pages, dashboards, benchmarking, and reports.

AI Summarization

Info: This feature is currently in beta testing. Please coordinate with your Customer Success Manager if you wish to turn this feature on.

An update has been made to the AI Summarization widget shown on the Growth Items Dashboard and the multi- and enterprise team radar results pages.

When a user in your company clicks a prompt in the AI Summarization modal, the AI engine analyzes your growth items. The results shown will now remain for 24 hours or until another user in your company clicks the Regenerate button, whichever comes first. You can see which user last generated results and when they were generated next to the button.

Learn more about AI Summarization on the Growth Items Dashboard or multi- and enterprise team radar results pages.
