High Variance Treatment

Is your company using our new High Variance Treatment? We made an update to the methodology to ensure the effect on team scores occurs only in times of high variance. 

Previously, for maturity competencies that met the criteria, once outliers were removed, if the remaining competency score was greater than 50 units, we were pulling the score down by 10-30 units. Now, we are pulling the score down if the remaining variance is still greater than 50 units.

Business Outcomes

Several updates have been made to the Business Outcomes dashboard.

A Timeline View is now available for Initiatives cards. Choose 'Timeline View' in the second dropdown after choosing Initiatives in the first dropdown. This view allows you to see all Initiatives cards, and their related Deliverables on a timeline by week, month, or year.

The order of the tabs at the bottom of all Outcome, Initiatives, and Deliverables cards has been rearranged.

A reset icon has been added when managing permission levels for the dashboard. This will allow you to reset the permission settings for a team level and its sub-teams back to match the level set for the team's parent level.

Jira Cloud Integration

Our integration with Jira Cloud has been updated to allow growth items to be synced to Jira Cloud boards that use component filters.

N-Tier Teams

Expanded functionality for the N-tier team level is in progress. Please work with your Customer Success Manager to build these items out for your N-tier teams:

• Create roles for Growth Team Members at the N-tier level in Manage Tags
• Add work types for your company in Manage Tags to be able to add work types to N-tier teams
• In Manage Tags, create Team Tags to apply to N-tier teams
• Adjust permissions for Org Leaders, Business Line Admins, and Team Admins to select which roles can view, create, and edit N-tier teams

Coming soon:

• Additional work to ensure the Structural Agility dashboard widgets correctly populate for N-tier teams, including selecting work types in the various widgets
• Update to the Teams Dashboard to show the custom work type for N-tier teams in the Work Type column (this currently shows the team name instead of the work type)
