High Variance Treatment
When a company has enabled the High Variance Treatment (HVT) feature, Company Admins and Business Line Admins will see information related to HVT on a team's radar results page.
A checkbox is now available to allow the user to see the original score vs the adjusted score on the radar.
Additionally, when HVT is enabled for your company, Company Admins can now view the High Variance Treatment Analysis report in the Reports section of our platform—this report includes an analysis of each team's original score and how adjustments were made using HVT.
In the next few days, we will update the Analytics chart, which is visible to all users. The first two boxes for the Top 5 Competencies and Lowest 5 Competencies will be populated with the adjusted scores resulting from HVT. The last two boxes for the 5 Highest Consensus Competencies and 5 Lowest Consensus Competencies will continue to reflect the original scores.

Business Outcomes
Several updates have been made to the Business Outcomes dashboard.
1. Key Results can now be given a weight. The weight icon when clicked will open a modal allowing you to set the weight of each Key Result, totalling 100. The weight will be displayed next to the Key Result.
2. You can now link a Deliverable card to another Deliverable card, creating Sub-Deliverables. This will populate a new tab on the parent Deliverable card titled Sub-Deliverables. The overall progress bar on a parent Deliverables card will now be driven by the completion progress of the Sub-Deliverables.
3. Permissions have been updated so that when a team member is on multiple teams, their permission level to all teams will be the same - set as the most permissive level of permission they have been given.
4. The first tab of the Overall Performance dashboard has been launched - Outputs/Projects. This view shows you, for the level you selected in the left navigation, and that level's sub-teams, a summary of progress on all Initiatives and Deliverables, as well as Obstacles.

Pulse Checks
Details regarding the latest Pulse Check have been added to the top of the Pulse Results page for your convenience. Users can quickly assess if the Pulse Check is open or closed, how many teams were sent the Pulse Check, how many responses have been submitted, and how many times the Pulse Check has reoccurred.

Rally Integration
Our Rally integration has been updated to allow more flexibility when linking Rally projects to teams in AgilityHealth. In addition to using the existing import wizard that automatically links and/or creates teams in AgilityHealth to match Rally projects, you can now choose to turn the import wizard off and link your teams manually to Rally projects.
