High Variance Treatment
An update has been made for the High Variance Treatment feature. On team radar results pages, the first two boxes in the Analytics chart have been updated to align with the adjusted scores when High Variance Treatment is enabled and applied. This ensures the Top 5 and Lowest 5 Competencies reflect the same items seen in the radar image as the Top 5 and Lowest 5 Competencies.

Pulse Checks
Previously, you needed to edit and save a Pulse Check to ensure team members who had been deleted from teams were removed and that sub-teams no longer part of a parent team were removed from the Pulse Check.
The back-end triggers have been updated so when a team member has been part of a Pulse Check but is then deleted from the team, they are automatically removed from any open Pulse Checks they have not yet completed. They will be removed from the counts in the Pulse icon on the team's Assessment Dashboard, on the Edit Recipients page, and in the Pulse results on the team's Growth Journey.
If a team member has already completed a Pulse Check or if the Pulse Check is closed, they will not be removed from the Pulse icon/Edit Recipients page/Pulse results but they will not receive future Pulse Checks for that team.
The same logic applies when a Pulse Check has been launched at the Enterprise or Multi-team level and a sub-team is removed from the parent team.
