AI Summarization
Enable this feature for your company by getting in touch with your Customer Success Manager!
To save you the time of analyzing hundreds of Growth Items on the Growth Items Dashboard, AI Summarization will summarize and provide an analysis of common themes and patterns in Growth Items across your teams.

Additionally, AI Summarization will ease the stress of trying to understand responses from each team individually by providing a summary on multi-team and enterprise team radar results pages of the open-ended questions at the end of team assessments for Strengths, Growth Opportunities, and Impediments.

Manage Campaigns
On the Campaign Dashboard as part of our Manage Campaigns feature, you can now see an audit trail of emails sent to Team Contacts and/or Facilitators. Emails are sent from the Teams tab and the audit trail shows at the bottom of the Details tab, in the section titled Emails Sent.
If you are interested in beta testing this feature, please let your Customer Success Manager know. Visit the launch page for Manage Campaigns.
Pulse Checks
The back-end triggers for Pulse Checks have been updated to better handle instances where a new sub-team is added to a parent team that has Pulse Checks and where a new team member is added to a team that has Pulse Checks.
Add sub-team update
If a sub-team is added to a parent team and that parent team has an open Pulse, the newly added sub-team will be listed on the Edit Recipients page of the Pulse but the team members will not be sent emails automatically. If you check the box for the team to include them in the Pulse and then click Save, the emails will then be sent within a few minutes. The Pulse icon count will update once the emails are sent and Pulse results will update as team members take the Pulse.
If a sub-team is added to a parent team and that parent team has a recurring Pulse that is currently closed. When editing the Pulse, the new sub-team will be listed on the Edit Recipients page and you will need to check the box for the team to include them and click Save. However, the team will not be sent emails until the Pulse opens again and emails are sent to all teams included. The Pulse icon and Pulse results numbers will update once the Pulse is open again, emails have been sent and results are submitted.
Add team member update
If a team member is added to a team and that team has an open Pulse, the newly added team member will be listed on the Edit Recipients page of the Pulse but the team member will not be sent an email automatically. If click Save or click the email icon in the team member's row, the email will then be sent within a few minutes. The Pulse icon count will update once the email is sent and Pulse results will update once the team member takes the Pulse.
If a team member is added to a team and that team has a recurring Pulse that is currently closed. When editing the Pulse, the new team member will be listed on the Edit Recipients page. You do not need to do anything for them to be included in the next Pulse. The team member will not be sent an email until the Pulse opens again and emails are sent to all team members included. The Pulse icon and Pulse results numbers will update once the Pulse is open again, emails have been sent and results are submitted.

Bulk Import Updates
When creating or editing a team and using the download template/upload feature to import team members in bulk, having an apostrophe in a team member's email address will no longer cause the import to fail.
Additionally, the template can now include Roles, Participant Groups, and Team Member Tags for Team Members.
Please note: The Team Member Tags column in the template will need to be renamed from "Tags" to one of your company's custom Team Member Tag Categories. In the example below, the tag category is "Location". Additional columns will need to be added for each Team Member Tag category you wish to include. Your Customer Success Manager can help you with this functionality, if necessary.
