Team Radar AI Insights
We’ve combined your data and AI-driven insights using Generative AI (GenAI) in our new AI Insights feature which helps summarize a team's assessment results celebrating progress over time, providing insights on maturity and performance, and highlighting areas to focus on improving to help foster future growth.
GenAI leverages the ChatGPT alias OpenAI LLM (Large Language Model) model to find insights within your company’s data within AgilityHealth. We have implemented GenAI so that none of our customers’ data leaves the platform to be analyzed; everything stays in AgilityHealth. Learn about our dedication to Responsible AI.
AI Insights will ease the stress of trying to understand a team's assessment results by using the results from a team's current assessment compared to their previous assessments and generating feedback and recommendations to highlight team strengths and opportunities for further growth.
AI Insights
When this feature is enabled, while viewing the radar results page for a team, click the AI Insights icon at the top of the screen. The icon will appear after 4 or more respondents have submitted their assessments.
The AI Insights modal will open. You will see different sections you can expand or collapse by clicking on the section.
This article will break down each section and the components within each. It's important to note that some of these sections may not appear for each assessment and the contents may vary based on the user's role type. Please review each section to understand when they will or will not appear.
An audio reading of the results can be heard by clicking the play button. The contents of the AI Insights modal can be exported as an Excel file by clicking the Export Insights link in the upper right corner.
Overall Summary
The Overall Summary section is a summary of the insights, celebrations, and key takeaways of this assessment. This section will show for all users, all radar types, and all assessments but the contents may vary.
The contents of this section will vary based on whether it's the team's first assessment for this radar type, if the assessment has quantitative metrics questions to populate the Performance numbers, and if the team's scores have improved or declined.
The benchmark graph will not appear if the company has benchmarking at the team level turned off. This chart will use assessment scores from the most current assessments used for the team and in the company, which may not be the assessment you are viewing results for.
The AI Adjusted Score section will only appear if the company has the High Variance Treatment (HVT) feature enabled and if the user's role allows them to see HVT-related information or not.
Insights on Performance
The Insights on Performance section helps assess the team's current performance and prioritize areas for improvement to optimize productivity and effectiveness.
This section will show for all users if the assessment had quantitative metrics questions to populate the Performance scores but the contents may vary.
Insights on Maturity
The Insights on Maturity section helps assess the team's maturity level and explore ways to enhance it for improved performance and growth.
This section will show for all users, all radar types, and all assessments but the contents may vary depending on if there is a change in Maturity scores. If this is the team's first assessment for this radar type, this section may not appear this time but could when they take a second assessment for this radar type.
Textual Response Themes
The Textual Response Themes section provides a summary of the team's top strengths, improvements, impediments, and team member and stakeholder textual comments.
This section will show for all users, all radar types, and all assessments if there are enough comments to analyze in each of the sections. You can change areas by clicking on one of the tabs below the section title.
Recommendations
The Recommendations section will show for all users, all radar types, and all assessments but the contents may vary. This section provides recommendations for which competencies the team should focus on to boost future team growth.
