Radar Purpose

Individual role-based survey with 360 assessment for Agile team members. The goal of the assessments is to dig deeper and establish a baseline of how the targeted role(s) are doing against the expectations you have of them and to develop a clear path for growth which may include training, coaching, self-paced learning, mentorship, experiential practice and strengthening communities of practice.

Radar Audience

Product owners, scrummasters, developers, quality assurance engineers and business analysts (separate assessments for each role).
