Managing Users

There are multiple roles people in your company can play within AgilityHealth. As a company admin, you can give users the ability to manage and monitor their teams and lines of business with certain limitations in place. 

In order to get to the Manage Users section, you will first need to start out on the Team Dashboard.

The Team Dashboard view is only available for Company Admins.

 


Manage Users

On the left hand side of your name you should see the link to the Settings section. Click that to enter the Settings section.

The Manage Users area is located in the Settings section.

After clicking the View Users button, you will see several choices of roles to add an individual - Company Admin, Org Leader, Business Line Admin, Team Admin, Individual, Coach. It is important to click on the correct role prior to clicking the “Add New” button to ensure the team member has the correct access to the site.

Here is an explanation of each role and their permissions:


Company Admin

  • Has access to manage all users
  • Can manage all tags (add roles, add programs/business units)
  • Has access to see all teams at Enterprise, Portfolio/Program and Team level
  • Has visibility to all data on My Dashboard and Enterprise Dashboard views
  • Can add/remove/update all teams at all levels

Click Add New to add a new Company Admin for your company.

  • You will be required to enter information that has a red asterisk next to the field. (I.E. First Name, Last Name, & Email address)
  • Upload a Photo – You may click on the “Upload a Photo” link to select a file from your computer to display when other team members see a user’s profile.
  • My Skills – This will show what skill sets the user is proficient in and will help others within an organization better understand where the user can be of most use.
  • LinkedIn – This tab will display a link to the user's LinkedIn profile so others within an organization can view their professional background and better understand where the user can be of most use.
  • Notify User – This will send the user an email inviting them to join AgilityHealth. This can be sent at a later date, if you leave the box unchecked.

Click Save and Add New if you have more Company Admins to add. Click Save and Close if you are finished.


Organizational Leader

  • Has visibility to all data in the Enterprise Dashboard view
  • They will see all the data that is aggregated at the Program level and above; they are not able to drill into individual team data unless this feature is turned on
  • May choose to hide Team Names within the Program/Portfolio and Enterprise Levels

Click Add New to add a new Organizational Leader for your company.

  • You will be required to enter information that has a red asterisk next to the field. (I.E. First Name, Last Name, & Email address)
  • Upload a Photo – You may click on the “Upload a Photo” link to select a file from your computer to display when other team members see a user’s profile.
  • My Skills – This will show what skill sets the user is proficient in and will help others within an organization better understand where the user can be of most use.
  • LinkedIn – This tab will display a link to the user's LinkedIn profile so others within an organization can view their professional background and better understand where the user can be of most use.
  • Notify User – This will send the user an email inviting them to join AgilityHealth. This can be sent at a later date, if you leave the box unchecked. You will also be able to choose if the user should be allowed to see team names and/or sub team names or if those should be hidden from their view.
  • Filter By - You can search and filter multi-teams and enterprise teams by team name, work type or any additional tag. Select all the teams this user should have access to by clicking on the team name. View more information on what a Tag is and how they can be created and used

Click Save and Add New if you have more Organizational Leaders to add. Click Save and Close if you are finished.


Business Line Admin

  • Has access to manage their business unit’s Team Admins
  • Has access to see their business unit’s teams at Enterprise, Portfolio/Program and Team level
  • Has visibility to their business unit’s data on My Dashboard and Enterprise Dashboard views
  • Can add/remove/update their business unit’s teams at the Business Unit and Team levels

Click Add New to add a new Business Line Admin for your company.

  • Upload a Photo – You may click on the “Upload a Photo” link to select a file from your computer to display when other team members see a user’s profile.

Click Save and Add New if you have more Business Line Admins to add. Click Save and Close if you are finished.


Team Admin

  • Has access to manage their team's participants
  • Has access to see their teams Portfolio/Program and Team level. The Program level is only available if they administer more than one team in the same Program
  • Has visibility to their team’s data on My Dashboard view
  • Can add/remove/update their team(s) at the Team level 

Click Add New to add a new Team Admin for your company.

Individual Team Members

  • Has view only access to their team's assessment results
  • Has the ability to add, edit and delete growth items on their team's growth plan

Coaches

  • Coaches are various types of users (e.g. company admins or others) who also have the special role of Agile Coach within your organization
  • Coaches can appear as a resource in the Growth Portal if your company has enabled this feature or can be selected in Individual AgilityHealth radars

Click Add New to add a new Coach for your company.

  • My Skills – This will show what skill sets the user is proficient in and will help others within an organization better understand where the user can be of most use.

  • Bio - This will allow the Coach to talk about their background and experience in coaching teams toward success through Agile methodologies and/or some fun facts about themselves.

Click Save and Add New if you have more Coaches to add. Click Save and Close if you are finished.
