Understanding the Admin Dashboard
The Admin Dashboard is a personalized dashboard that contains widgets with different snapshots of your company’s teams.
In order to get to the Admin Dashboard, this feature must first be turned on by your Customer Success Manager. It can be turned on by role for Company Admins, Organizational Leaders, Business Line Admins and/or Team Admins.
Widgets on the Admin Dashboard
From this dashboard, you can learn various information about your teams including:
- Organizational Growth Items Progress
- Team Growth Items Progress
- Number of AHFs/Team
- AgilityHealth Adoption by Tags
- Scheduled Assessments/Month
- Completed Assessments
- Assessments - general data
Change Radar Type
By selecting a radar type from the drop down in the upper right hand corner of the page, you can select different radars from which you would like the dashboard to display data. You can click on the image or PDF icons to download an image or PDF of the entire dashboard.
Change Widget Filter and Download Data
For a description of the widget, hover over the question mark icon in the upper right hand corner of the widget. You can filter out various data with the filter tool that looks like a funnel. Clicking the plus icon will maximize the size of the widget in a pop up window on your screen. The hamburger icon can be utilized to print or download an image of each widget individually.
Organizational Growth Items Progress
This widget shows you the progress of your organization’s growth items (OGI). Hovering over each section will show you the percentage of growth items that are in that section. You can also click on the legend items to remove or add them from the widget. Legend items include Not Pulled, Not Started, In Progress and Done.
If a team has been deactivated and they had OGIs pulled by a Multi-Team and Enterprise Team, it will stay as an OGI because that Multi-Team now owns these items.
You can filter out growth items by category and date with the filter tool that is located on the top right of the widget. The date filter is based on Create by Date.
Team Growth Items Progress
This widget shows you the progress of your team’s growth items (TGI). Hovering over each section will show you the percentage of growth items that are in that section. You can also click on the legend items to remove or add them from the widget. Legend items include Not Started, In Progress and Done.
Only TGI's for active teams are included in this widget.
You can filter out growth items by Team Tag Category, Team Tag and Date with the filter tool located on the top right of the widget.
Number of AHFs/Team
This widget shows you how many AgilityHealth Facilitators (AHF) you have compared to how many teams you have. This will be helpful to track and see if you have enough AHFs per team (remember, one AHF should have a max of 4 teams).
All AHF's will be included in this dashboard, unless filtered. If you choose to filter, this will include all AHF's that have run an assessment on the filtered criteria. You can filter out growth items by Company Team Category and Company Team Tag with the filter tool located on the top right of the widget.
AgilityHealth Adoption by Tags
This widget shows you how many teams you have and how many of those teams have assessments, by tag (such as a business line tag). This widget can only be used on the team level, not on a Multi-Team or Enterprise Team level.
You can filter your data by Team Tag and Date with the filter tool located on the top right of the widget. The date filter is based on the Assessment Start Date and End Date. For example, if you filter for 10/1/18-10/31/18, the widget will include all teams that have had an assessment that started after 10/1/18 and ended before 10/31/18. However, it would not include an assessment that was started on 9/29/18 and ended 10/5/18.
This widget will keep track of how many assessments were scheduled each month (based on start date).
By using the filter tool located on the top right of the widget, you can filter your data by Team Tag and by Time Period to show assessments that were started within each month. Please note that this includes all scheduled assessments, including those that have not yet been taken.
This widget will show you how many assessments were completed in a given time frame (with end dates in the past and responses). Included are any assessments that have been launched within the filtered period; if one survey has been completed, it will be counted.
You can filter your data by Time Period, Team Category and Team Tag with the filter tool located on the top right of the widget.
This widget shows you detailed information about any assessment that was or will be taken by one of your teams. This widget can be exported to Excel by clicking the highlighted and selecting 'Download Excel Document.'
You can filter your data by Completion Status (All, Scheduled, In Progress, or Finished), Company Team Category and Company Team Tag with the filter tool located on the top right of the widget.
You can sort the column data in ascending or descending order by clicking the drop down arrow next to a column header. You can decide which columns show in this widget by selecting or deselecting them in the drop down list by Columns. You can also Filter the date using the drop down by Filter. Your setting will save so when you come back to the Admin Dashboard, the information will be arranged in the same way.
