Creating an AgilityHealth® Account

After completing their first assessment, Team Members may receive an email with instructions to set up an account in AgilityHealth®. It will look similar to the below sample.

Account setup emails for AgilityHealth® can be sent to Team Members in a few ways, but by default, most companies elect to have the setup email sent automatically. Need to resend an email?

Creating an AgilityHealth account makes it easier to participate in team retrospectives because each Team Member can then view results without depending on the Facilitator to display each section and can also help to generate ideas for Growth Items, using Idea Board.

Team Members will also see their team's Growth Journey, which represents how their team changes over time, and have access to the team's Growth Item Dashboard, which is where they can manage the Growth Items created during their team retrospective.
