How can we help you?

As a Scrum Master, you will be the first person that team members go to if they have questions regarding a team-based assessment and retrospective session. You and the team(s) may be expected to take an assessment quarterly regarding team health and performance. This information will help your team(s) progress within your Agile program.

Your role consists of three main parts:

1. Preparing for the Retrospective(s)
2. During the Retrospective(s)
3. Executing the Growth Plan

Remember, you are not alone in your AgilityHealth® journey. Other members of your organization have important roles as well.
