Viewing Facilitator Survey Results
Upon submitting their TeamHealth survey, team members may be asked to respond to an anonymous survey regarding their Facilitator's abilities to facilitate and the overall retrospective session. If you are a Facilitator or a Company Admin, and if this feature is enabled for your company, you can view those results from the Facilitator Dashboard.
This information can be used to determine whether Facilitators need additional support and training or to acknowledge the Facilitators that are rock stars. We recommend creating a Community of Practice for facilitators to share best practices, and this feedback is helpful to determine what is working well. Facilitators can review their own results to better prepare for future retrospectives.
Finding Facilitator Survey Results
From the Team Dashboard, click on the Facilitator Dashboard tab in the navigation. Contact your Customer Success manager to enable this feature for your company, if you cannot see the Facilitator Dashboard tab.
Company Level View of Results
Once you are on the Facilitator Dashboard, you can view the results of Facilitator surveys in various ways. If you're a Facilitator, you will only see the results from surveys regarding your retrospective sessions. If you're a Company Admin, you will see the results for all retrospectives for each certified Facilitator assigned to your company.
As a Company Admin, you can sort the results using the Facilitator Avg or Retrospective Avg columns to see how your Facilitators are doing. You could also sort the results using the No of Assessments column to see which Facilitator has done the most or the fewest retrospectives.
To drill down into an individual Facilitator's results, click the expand/collapse arrow on the left side of the screen for that specific Facilitator. Learn more about the data in each column in our Understanding the Facilitator Dashboard article.

Individual Facilitator/Specific Assessment View of Results
To view the actual survey results for a particular assessment, click on the Assessment Name under the Facilitator. If you are a Company Admin, you will first need to click the expand/collapse arrow on the left side of the screen for that specific Facilitator and then click on the Assessment Name. Remember, all answers are anonymous.
You will be taken to the Facilitator Review screen.
The bar chart will show you each participant's NPS score for the Facilitator in blue and the value received from the retrospective session in orange. You can click on the descriptions below the bar chart to show/hide that information.
The Facilitator Rating and Retrospective Rating will be displayed to the right of the bar chart. The Facilitator Rating is the average of each individual rating received for the Facilitator's ability to facilitate given by Team Members. The Retrospective Rating is the average of each individual rating received for that Retrospective session given by Team Members.You can export these results to PDF by using the PDF icon in the upper right hand corner.
Below the chart image you will see the survey questions and the individual answers the Team Members provided. Here is a sample of what you would see:
