The Manager role, for the purposes of assessments in AgilityHealth®, such as the TeamHealth® Assessment, refers to the person that each individual taking the assessment directly reports to. Team members may not all report to the same manager. The compiled responses that display on the radar represent how management, as a whole, is supporting the team. 

Team members who are not employees and do not have a manager they report to within the organization, such as contractors, can answer N/A to these questions.
