Multi-Team Data: Overview
AgilityHealth® is designed for companies that have scaled Agile and want visibility into the performance and health of their teams and enterprise. Creating Multi-Team Roll-ups to analyze data across teams within a program, line of business, portfolio or Agile Release Train is a powerful way to identify trends and gain insight into what is working and where the teams need the most help from their leaders to remove impediments and support growth.
In this article, you will learn how to analyze Multi-Team data so that the Continuous Improvement Leadership Team can create a Continuous Improvement Plan (Growth Plan) for the improvements that will make the greatest impact toward helping teams mature. During the Continuous Improvement Readout and Planning Session for Leaders, an Agile Coach works with leaders to review the data and develop a concrete plan for removing organizational obstacles in the next quarter/Program Increment (PI).
To build the Continuous Improvement Plan, you will need to review the Organizational Growth Items created by the teams. See Continuous Improvement Plans to learn more.
