When the launch date occurs for a talent development assessment, emails to the Participant and Reviewers are generated. Emails can also be generated from the Batch Edit screen of the assessment. Here are examples of emails that will be generated when launching talent development assessments:

Participant Emails

The Participant will receive an email with a link to their self-assessment. The email also includes a list of who was invited to be a Reviewer (if they were added before the assessment was launched). The email also contains the due date and the Point of Contact information.

The rest of the email is variable, depending on when the assessment was created and if the Participant was allowed to Invite their own Reviewers or not. If they are allowed, a link for them to log into AgilityHealth and invite them will also be provided. 

Reviewer Email

A Reviewer will receive one email with a link to the Participant's assessment. If a Reviewer is added to multiple Participants on the same assessment, they will still receive only one email, but a link to each assessment will be included for them.
