What is a Talent Development Assessment?
A talent development assessment, also known as an individual 360 or role-based assessment, allows an individual, known as a Participant, to complete a self-evaluation while designated Reviewers also complete an evaluation of the Participant. Oftentimes, a Reviewer is a manager, peer or stakeholder in the Participant's job performance. This helps the Participant gain insight into their job/skill performance, by recognizing strengths as well as development areas.
There are two ways to solicit feedback: Add designated Reviewers when initially creating the assessment, or allow the Participant to solicit feedback from Reviewers by inviting them once the assessment has been published.
Once the assessment has been completed, the Participant can choose to meet with an Agile Coach, Manager, Peer, or Mentor to help them analyze the results and develop their individual growth plan.
