What is a Talent Management Assessment?
A Talent Management Assessment, also known as an Individual 360 or role-based assessment, allows an Individual, knows as a Participant, to complete a self-evaluation while designated Reviewers also complete an evaluation about the Participant. Oftentimes, a Reviewer is a manager, peer or stakeholder in the Participant's job performance. This helps the Participant gain insight to their job/skill performance, by recognizing strengths as well as development areas.
Some of our Talent Management Radars look a bit different from our team-based radars. There are sometimes two halves, the right side and the left side, instead of several dimensions to analyze. Consider the left side your left brain, the dimensions here will be Role Specific to what you do. The right side is like the right brain, it will have Interpersonal Skills you expect for everyone to share as part of a team and company.
There are two ways to solicit feedback: Add designated reviewers when initially creating the assessment, or allow the Participant to solicit feedback from Reviewers by inviting them once the assessment has been published.
Once the assessment has been completed, the Participant can choose to meet with an Agile Coach to help them analyze the results and develop their individual growth plan.
