What is an Individual 360 Radar?
Individual 360 radars allow an individual (called a Reviewee) to complete a self evaluation. Designated Reviewers also complete an evaluation on the reviewee. Oftentimes, a Reviewer is a manager, peer or stakeholder in the individual’s job performance. This helps the individual gain insight to their job/skill performance, by recognizing strengths as well as development areas.
The individual radar looks a bit different from our team based radars. There are usually two halves, the right side and the left side. Consider the left side your left brain, the dimensions here will be Role Specific to what you do. The right side is like the right brain, it will have Interpersonal Skills you expect for everyone to share as part of this team and company.
There are two ways to solicit feedback: Add designated reviewers when initially creating the assessment, or allow the Reviewee to solicit feedback from Reviewers by inviting them once the assessment has been published.
Once the assessment has been completed, the Reviewee can choose to meet with an Agile Coach to help them analyze the results and develop their individual growth plan.
