On the Teams Dashboard, click on the team's avatar or name to go to their assessment dashboard. For the user who set up the team or their assessments, and some roles such as Company Admin, Business Line Admin, or Team Admin, the team's assessment dashboard will display the roll-up radars for the entire team, along with an individual radar for each Participant.

Based on the assessment settings, additional users can be provided visibility to the entire team’s roll-up radar of results, as well as the Participant's radar of results. If a Viewer was provided access to Individual and Aggregate Results for the assessment, they can see the roll-up radar, as well as each Participant's radar. If a Viewer was provided access to only Aggregate Results, they will only see the roll-up radar for the team. Viewers will see the assessment after the assessment has been published. Viewers will not see draft assessments. 

The roll-up radar will display responses for all Participants, while each Participant's radar will only display the responses for that Participant and their Reviewers.

Draft, Open and Closed Assessments

Assessments can be in three different states and you can edit different items and perform different functions in each state:

• Draft
• Open
• Closed

Draft

If the circle next to the date under each individual radar is gray, the assessment is in draft form. The date displayed is the start date for the assessment. The assessment will need to be published, in order for it to actually begin.

Open

If the circle next to the date under each individual radar is green, the assessment has been published and is open for receiving assessment results. The date displayed is the start date for the assessment.

Closed

If the circle next to the date under each individual radar is red, the assessment has been closed and is not open for receiving assessment results. The date displayed is the start date for the assessment.
