What quantitative (hard) metrics are available in AgilityHealth®?
In AgilityHealth®, we focus on Three Metrics that Matter:
This article is focused on the Delivery & Performance/Quantitative Metrics. Quantitative data can be entered manually by the Facilitator, ScrumMaster or Team Admin, or companies can choose to integrate data from their Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) solution. Integration is currently available for Jira, Rally, Version One, and HP. In addition, during the TeamHealth® assessment (versions 2.5 and later), the ScrumMaster and/or the Product Owner will need to answer Metrics questions and during the DevOps V2.0 assessment, ScrumMasters have Metrics questions to answer.
During the TeamHealth® retrospective, as the team discusses how they feel about their health and maturity over the past quarter (qualitative metrics), it is very helpful to have the hard metrics to see the full story of their health and performance in terms of quality and delivery.
View Hard Metrics - In Assessment Results
For teams tagged as Service and Support or Software Delivery (generally non-business teams), the Metrics questions answered by the ScrumMaster and/or Product Owner during the TeamHealth® assessment (versions 2.5 and later) will be available to analyze when you're analyzing assessment results. Quantitative metrics entered manually by the ScrumMaster, or pulled in from an ALM, will display in the Metrics Summary section of the Assessment results. You can scroll down to this section or click on the Metrics Summary icon at the top of the page.
Once in the Metrics Summary section, you will see the Burn Up Chart and Release Health Chart.
