If you receive an error message when trying to log into your AgilityHealth® account, please make sure you are logging into the right URL. 

Many of our US-based customers log in through app.agilityhealthradar.com. Our European Union customers log in through eu.agilityhealthradar.com. Many of our customers have a custom URL or SSO (Single Sign-On), which will require you to log in using your company's process.

If AgilityHealth® is not responding or seems to be down, please submit a support ticket.
