My email has changed, how do I update this with AgilityHealth®?
Most AgilityHealth® users have an account based on their company's subscription. Due to this relationship, most users have a company email set up in AgilityHealth®, which also serves as your User ID.
If you leave the company, your access to AgilityHealth® will no longer be available. If you are certified as an AgilityHealth® Facilitator, your certificate remains valid, but you will need to partner with or be employed by a company that is using AgilityHealth® in order to obtain future access to run assessments.
If you wish to make a change to your email address, you will need to submit a support ticket to begin the process.
