Understanding the Team Agility Dashboard

The Team Agility Dashboard provides the ability to drill down into further detail and make underlying data visible, focusing on team maturity, performance, and agility, at any level. This dashboard highlights areas where teams and/or organizations need to allow for additional focus.

To get to the Team Agility Dashboard, click on INSIGHTS in the toolbar at the top of your screen, once logged into AgilityHealth®.

Features and Functionality

When viewing the Team Agility Dashboard, you will review multiple different widgets containing different features, drill-downs, and data.

This article is part of our series on Features and Functionality of the Team Agility Dashboard. We've broken each area down for you, into shorter articles.

The data refreshes nightly at 11:30 CT however you can refresh it manually anytime by using the Refresh button.

Left Navigation

The Left Navigation is a reflection of the team structure, based on how the teams, multi-teams, and enterprise teams are rolled up to reflect the company structure. The Left Nav allows you to set the focus for the Team Agility Dashboard and drill in or out of the various parts of your organization. Under the Unassigned node, you may see several teams listed. As you assign teams as sub-teams of another level, they will be removed from the Unassigned data and will populate in the left nav under the parent team.

Important: Each user in AgilityHealth® will only be able to access data for the teams they are assigned to and will see data for the first team they are able to view as the default. Company Admins will be able to access all teams. Team names will be in gray if they are not able to be accessed by the user. Team names may be anonymized for Org Leaders.

To expand or hide the Left Nav, you will use the kebob icon.

Assessment Type

This drop-down allows you to choose what completed assessment data you would like to appear within the dashboard. Please keep in mind that the Performance widgets will not populate if the radar type chosen does not have quantitative questions that have an auto-calculated maturity stage. Currently, the only radar types that will populate data in the Performance widgets are the TeamHealth® 2.5 or later versions and DevOps V2.0 Radars.

The benchmark feature is an easy way to compare information for a team, product line, or portfolio against overall company data.

For more information regarding the Benchmark feature within specific widgets, please see the Dimensions and Metrics Widgets or the Over Time Widgets article.

Quarter Filters

The quarter filters control the data shown in the first nine widgets and will allow you to choose the date ranges for which the data displays. The Growth Item Widgets are not affected by these controls.

The list of available quarters is a maximum of 12, based on how much data is available for your company.

The data will display for the number of quarters you select and will include the "Last Quarter" selection. The values consist of the last closed assessment for each team that has data up to and including the quarter selected. If there are no closed assessments for the last quarter you selected, the values will represent the value for the last closed assessments for each team in the last quarter that did have closed assessments. In the example below, data is displayed for Q2 2022 and the previous 4 quarters.

Important: The "Performance" widgets on the Team Agility Dashboard will not display data prior to Q2 2019 for the TeamHealth® Radar and dates vary for other radars that have performance data.

Refresh Button

The Refresh button allows you to manually refresh the data shown on the Team Agility Dashboard and impacts all of the widgets. The button will turn gray upon clicking and remain gray until the refresh is complete. The "Date as of" will update to the current time and day once complete.

View by Quarters and View by Campaigns

You can view data from your Campaigns on the Team Agility Dashboard. Change the toggle in the upper right-hand to View by Campaigns. Then select which Campaigns you would like to see data for from the dropdown. You may select up to 12 Campaigns. The data in the first 9 widgets, or 3 rows, will change. The Growth Item widgets are not affected by this toggle.
