What is a Pulse Check?

Ideally used in between teams taking a full assessment, Pulse Checks allow you to see changes in the health of one or multiple teams in select areas quickly.
When creating a Pulse Check, you select one or more competencies from an assessment and send all related questions to team members on a single team or multiple teams within a multi- or enterprise team on a schedule of your choice.
Important Items to Note:
- Pulse Checks are available for teams using team-based radars and are not available for N-Tier teams or Talent Development Radar assessments.
- This is a non-facilitated assessment so no Facilitator or Retrospective is necessary.
- Stakeholders do not receive Pulse Checks.
A Pulse Check can be launched for a single team, or at the multi-team or enterprise team level. The results from a Pulse Check are shown on the team's growth journey.
