Business Outcomes Settings

Important: Any changes you make to the Business Outcomes Dashboard settings will be shared throughout your entire company. Be careful not to delete anything in use by other teams.

Some settings on the Business Outcomes Dashboard can be adjusted to better fit your company. After going to the Business Outcomes Dashboard, click the Settings icon next to your initials.

Custom Fields

Some companies may create Custom Fields to populate this tab on Business Outcomes cards. A custom field can be used to track company-specific information not already included on a card. Below, the examples are Sponsor Name and Investment Code. Custom Fields you create will be available to your entire company.

Business Outcomes Tags

Tag Categories and individual Tags on the Business Outcomes Dashboard are used in filter options. Tags are added to a card individually when creating or editing a card.

You can see Tag Categories and select multiple Tags to filter by in the filter dropdown on the left side of the Business Outcomes Dashboard.

The View Filter drop-down is located in the top right-hand corner of the dashboard. The Demand/Delivery view is the default view of the Business Outcomes Dashboard. Other views can be populated with various Tag Categories. When a Tag Category is created, it becomes available in the drop-down as another view, and any tags created within this category become the column headings displayed on the dashboard.
