How do I add Team Members or Stakeholders to or delete them from an existing team?
To add or delete Team Members or Stakeholders from an existing team, start by finding the team on the Teams Dashboard. If you're looking for information on adding Team Members and Stakeholders when creating or adding a team, click here.
If you are in the Swim Lane View, scroll down until you find the team's avatar and hover over it until you see two icons appear like the image below. Click on the blue pencil icon to edit.
If you are in the Grid View, you can use the two filter options in the upper left side of the dashboard to search by level of team or a keyword, or you can scroll down and change pages until you find the team. Once you have found the correct team, click the blue pencil icon in their row to edit.
Once you click to edit the team, you will be taken to the Team Profile page. You can select the Team Member or Stakeholder tab to continue.
Add/Remove Team Members
To add a Team Member, choose one of the blue buttons to add manually, upload a template or add them from the directory. For details about the add Team Member options on this page and the related fields, click here.
If your company has the Quick Launch feature enabled, you can send a link to anyone you wish to add themself as a team member.
If you need to delete or remove a Team Member from the team, click Delete in their row.
Note: If you delete a Team Member from the team who has already completed assessments, their assessment responses will remain on any assessments they participated in previously.
Add/Remove Stakeholders
Stakeholders are often optional for teams, especially for those taking Talent Development Assessments. Learn when Stakeholders are necessary to be included on a team.
To add a Stakeholder, choose one of the blue buttons to add manually, upload a template or add them from the directory. For details about the add Stakeholder options on this page and the related fields, click here.
If you need to delete or remove a Stakeholder from the team, click Delete in their row.
Note: If you delete a Stakeholder from the team who has already completed assessments, their assessment responses will remain on any assessments they participated in previously.
