Company Admins and Company Feature Admins can unlock or reopen completed talent development assessments. This is sometimes necessary when a Participant submits their assessment but then needs to edit their answers after submitting.

From the Teams Dashboard, go to the team's assessment dashboard. You can hover over the roll-up radar for the entire team or choose a Participant's radar image.

Once inside the assessment, go to the Participants/Reviewers tab. In the Participant's row, you should see the unlock icon in the Action column. If you do not see the unlock icon, but see icons to edit, resend the assessment, copy the assessment link and delete the Participant, they have not yet completed their assessment.

You can expand the list of Participants to see all the Reviewers for each and access the unlock icon in their row. If you do not see the unlock icon, but see icons to edit, resend the assessment, copy the assessment link and delete the Reviewer, they have not yet completed their assessment.

Once unlocked, the Participant or Reviewer can use their original assessment link to assess their assessment, or you can click the envelope icon in the Action column to send the link to them again.
